PaulinaMazur.com — we are a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We solve challenges related to attracting and recruiting employees of different generations. We promote authentic employer branding and responsible recruitment marketing. We advise, train, share good practices and inspirations in the area of employers' relations with future, current and past employees, including candidate experience, employee experience, and exit experience. We organize workshops, moderate the work of teams, and coordinate events.

Our services include online training for managers in communication on LinkedIn (the so-called boss branding: Leaders on LinkedIn), power speeches for top management about the importance of social media communication, moderation of employer branding workshops for HR and interdisciplinary teams, employer branding training for business (what it is, what it helps in, how to apply), training and events related to generational diversity and building an intergenerational agreement, and building a positive and engaging culture for multigenerational teams. We also deliver lectures and speeches on HR, communication, candidates' experiences, employer branding, LinkedIn, and generations (from Gen Z and Millennials to Baby Boomers). We coordinate events, internal conferences, online conferences, and design engaging experiences for employees (corporate events). We conduct development activities in the area of HR, leadership, decision making, and managerial awareness (carried out with business partners). We work in Polish and English.

We operate in Poland and the Czech Republic, with presence in Warsaw, Olomouc and Prague.
