We are PELE: Horses Understand Business – Unique Outdoor Workshops, a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and we are headquartered in Sde Hemed, Israel.

We provide outdoor workshops that are fun, refreshing, and insightful, ideal for personal and business development activities, as well as fun days out for groups and teams of all kinds. We base our workshops on the international EAGALA model, using the horse arena as a mirror reflecting the emotions and interpersonal dynamics of participants.

We arrange activities where people and horses work together, with no horse riding involved and no prior experience with horses required. We hold discussions throughout the tasks to highlight the horses' behavior and reactions, and we include a brief session afterward to draw conclusions. We also provide a follow-up report presenting our professional observations and recommendations for personal or team development.
