People Concept Herzog HR-Services & KI-Transformation is a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Luzern, Switzerland.

We pursue assessments and diagnostics to uncover the true core of candidates, enabling clearer and fairer evaluations and more precise next steps. In HR profiling, we assess risk potential and provide more transparency and justification for hiring decisions; we work in diagnostics with psychologists who specialize in risk diagnostics, and the diagnostics area is deliberately outsourced to ensure independence of results across the process.
