This in conjunction with our drive to make an impact, and our passion and love for what we do is the building blocks of our service. We work with our candidates to overcome their present career position and strive to achieve, by realising their dreams and potential. We have chosen to focus our service in the niche market of Supply Chain Management and Engineering. Working across levels and industries but with a knowledge focus. We believe in applying supply chain principles to the recruitment process. We strive to reduce our inventory and increase our throughput, limiting the number of clients and candidates we work with. Focusing on meeting a client’s demand in industry at a consistently high level of quality not quantity. By means of partnering and applying advanced planning practices, we try to identify the needs in future and supply just in time. Realizing the cost of a high staff turnover we have incorporated competency based interviewing techniques into our process and are able to offer psychometric assessments in order to achieve higher objectivity to a subjective process.
