We work across all industries and have had clients as large as 200,000 people, through to start-ups where they are only the 15th person to join! In terms of level, that includes high end search for the most senior HR executives through to entry-level HR Administrator roles. We source for all the different areas of HR including OD, Reward, Employee Relations, Talent, Change Management and HRIS. And we are able to offer our expertise for permanent or contract roles. Where we add the most value is in our ability to focus on the crucial assessment of fit.
