Perú 8mil was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Lima, Peru. We are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry.

We prepare employees with our innovative proposals to achieve an authentic transformation through diverse, integrative, and deep challenges, set in outdoor environments.

With more than twenty years in adventure sports and specialists in organizing adventure races and expeditions at an international level, we translate that experience into a modern and innovative Outdoor Training offering for companies, based on experiential learning, with the safety and support that your institution requires.

Since 2003, we have organized competitions of various kinds, starting with the team adventure race known as Desafío, and in recent years developing trail races such as the Desert Challenge, the Merrell Challenge, and mountain biking events known as the Bike Challenge.

We operate in Peru.
