We acquire the job description during meetings between the company's HR manager and the function manager and Perpiù's representatives; we consult our continually updated database to enable presentations or referrals of profiles in short time; we post advertisements on major online recruiting sites and scout profiles using advanced CV search functions; we screen applications and exclude profiles not aligned with the job description; we conduct a telephone assessment of candidates' skills and availability, followed by an initial schedule of interviews; we carry out a structured interview of about one hour to deepen the candidate's knowledge, qualification, alignment with the job description, and any additional skills; we present the best candidates who are suitable, aiming to optimize time and costs of internal recruitment by highlighting the best resources on the market; we organize interviews at the company's premises coordinating the company referents and the candidates; the company selects the candidate; we assist in this phase by helping present the proposed remuneration plan; the process can be concluded once the candidate accepts the job offer.
