In HR consulting, we analyze the motivation of core personnel, perform personnel audits, organize turnkey HR management systems, and implement improvements to the HR management system. We develop and implement programs such as knowledge-management centers inside the company, employee certifications and evaluations, payroll, recruitment, and the organization and preparation of an HR management system within the overall management system to support ISO certification. We also address HR process optimization and HR outsourcing.
