Personalinvest—we are a privately held staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.

Our main goal is the implementation of practical experience in the field of human resource management and the promotion of our business partners. Our main expertise lies in the IT sphere.

We operate with a transparent scheme of work. We have closed more than 6,500 vacancies. We have experience closing positions at all levels from junior to top management. The percent of replacements is minimal, and we close an average of 70 vacancies per month. Our terms include providing first resumes within 3 days after signing an application and closing a position on average in 1.5 months. We study the specifics of technology in IT to support our work. For research and staff recruitment, we rely on an internal database of candidates, over 75,000, who could match vacancies, as well as all internet resources including forums and professional networks.

We operate in Belarus, Estonia, and the United States.
