Personas y Estrategia is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Logroño, Spain.

We are a strategic people-management consultancy specializing in recruitment, headhunting, and improving productivity through the employee experience. We help companies and candidates connect and align toward common goals and shared values. We believe that, while we stay attentive to advances in the digital era, it is the human element that makes the difference.

We manage processes of selection and search for senior and highly qualified profiles. We support organizational transformation, improvement of HR processes, development of leadership and management skills, and the selection and recruitment of executives. We manage projects for the professionalization of HR management models such as remuneration structures, job descriptions and job evaluation, and succession planning.

Our specialties include personnel selection, training and development of skills, executive search, coaching, remuneration, change management, job description and job evaluation, and HR diagnostics.

We operate in Spain. Our clients include local SMEs and major multinational agro-food and industrial companies in the region.
