We focus on training-based placement of Spanish skilled workers into German companies, serving as a bridge for German employers when selecting Spanish candidates, and offering Spanish workers a pathway to a sustainable career in a German company.

We deliver trainings in Madrid lasting three, six, or twelve months, depending on the requirements of target employers and the pre-qualifications of candidates. In the trainings we refresh candidates' German language skills, prepare them for relocation to Germany, and teach them about the German work and living culture. In addition to training-based placement, we provide immediate placement and the provision of temporary staff.
