We are Pessoas@2020, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We position ourselves as an informal and independent movement of professionals, open to participation from elements of diverse organizational sectors. Pessoas@2020 emerged from the desire of a broad group of managers, businesspeople, consultants, and trainers to place Human Capital on Portugal's agenda by 2020. To this end, we seek to make the representative association of HR professionals a voice that is active, heard, and respected in matters related to people in the organizational context.
