Phoenix Maritime is a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the maritime services industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We were established to connect seafarers who left their native country with those who have the opportunity to join ships. We aim to facilitate the recruitment process in line with International Conventions, the specific requirements of shipowners, and good maritime practice.

We employ staff with relevant experience in the employment of seafarers and maintain a certified management system.

We apply an individual approach to vacancy selection for each candidate, and the selection is carried out in accordance with International Conventions, the specific requirements of shipowners, and good maritime practice.
