We are PIC Management, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Saltillo, Mexico.

We work to integrate young professionals into the workplace and provide a unique experience abroad for students seeking internships. We collaborate with several companies within Europe, Mexico, Panama and the Maldives, and our partners offer internships in the business and hospitality sectors. We believe that the international level is as important for companies as for candidates.

We connect students with internship opportunities abroad through our partner companies and support the placement process. We note that over 96% of our internships are with benefits, including salary, accommodation, meals and transport.

We operate in Mexico and Spain and collaborate with partners across Europe, as well as in Panama and the Maldives.
