We are PiL - Personalvetare i Lund, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Lund, Sweden.

We stand for Personalvetare i Lund, and we are an association of and for students in Lund who study HR-related bachelor programs or courses with a focus on HR issues. We are connected to P-Riks, Personalvetarstuderandes Riksförbund, a nationwide federation for all HR-related student associations, and we are also recognized by the Academic Association.

We engage hundreds of members who are passionate about personnel matters, university life, and, above all, having fun together. We work to promote HR education and the HR profession. We also work to ensure the education maintains a consistently high quality through collaboration with Lund University and other interest organizations.

Our specialties include personnel matters and HR.

We operate in Sweden and are based in Lund, Sweden.

But above all, we as an association function as a meeting place for our members and create opportunities to network and build contacts for the future.
