Pinnacle Partners, Inc. We are a privately held staffing firm operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Indianapolis, United States.

We provide solutions primarily to clients in the Central Indiana, Cincinnati and Louisville area marketplaces. We have broadened our offering to include direct hire placement, contract-to-hire, contract and custom software solutions offered by our in-house team of IT consulting professionals. Our divisions of expertise include IT & IT Solutions, Accounting & Finance, Administrative, Human Resources and Engineering.

We reach a unique pool of candidates through our wide network of contacts not available through traditional search methods. By maintaining relationships with candidates as they move through their careers and by working through referrals, we are able to quickly and effectively find even the most difficult skill sets to meet our clients' growing direct hire needs.
