Pinoy 386 - Kadrovska Agencija is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We are part of the Pinoy group of recruitment agencies that specialize in placing Filipino workers in the region. In addition to Croatia and Slovenia, we are currently present in Slovakia, Hungary, and Germany. In the past five years we have facilitated the employment of thousands of Filipino workers across various sectors of the economy. We provide favorable conditions in all stages of collaboration—from candidate selection, preparation of required documentation, and organization of workers' travel, to ongoing support for partners and workers during integration into the work and living environment in the host country.
