We provide the following levels of services: Level 1: Collecting of candidate names from target companies. Level 2: We approach candidates via phone calls and get a brief profile (we provide you with a synopsis of the candidate, his/her work experience, education qualifications, and whether relocation is possible). Level 3: Competency-based interview process conducted by the responsible consultant either in the Placed-in office or at a location preferred by the candidate. Level 4: CV generation and sharing a detailed candidate analyses report with our client. Level 5: Organization & Talent Mapping (By targeting named organizations we can map out how they function and how their employees are deployed). Level 6: Salary Survey.

We deliver these services through a structured, step-by-step approach that starts with sourcing and profiling candidates, proceeds to direct outreach and evaluation, includes competency-based interviews, produces CVs and detailed analyses for clients, and incorporates organization and talent mapping as well as salary surveys.
