PLUS RESITVE, Svetovanje podjetjem in posameznikom is a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Brežice, Slovenia.

Our services are based on knowledge of psychology and economics. We mainly provide different services and solutions to companies, focusing on human capital and processes in the organisation. Among our services you can find soft skill training and seminars, measuring organisational climate, recruitment, talent management, leadership trainings, personal branding, change management and other types of measurement and process and operational management.

We deliver our services through structured processes that reflect our knowledge of psychology and economics. We work with companies to implement solutions that address human capital and processes in the organisation, including measurement and process and operational management.

Our specialties include recruitment, soft skill training, measuring organisational climate and job satisfaction, change management, time management, psychological profiling, in-depht psychological analysis, coaching, human resources management, and rewarding system upgrading & implementation.

We currently operate mainly in Slovenia and plan to expand to Croatia and Serbia.
