We are PMC Center for Human Resource Management, a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

We work with companies that understand the strategic importance of HRM for business success and employee well-being, and with those focused on innovations and development, organizational culture, and high levels of employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. Our HRM services are oriented toward three core tasks: selecting staff with the necessary skills and qualifications; shaping HRM processes to boost motivation and loyalty; and creating conditions where personnel can realize their skills and abilities, while maintaining a strong sense of belonging to their work and to the organization.

We follow a systematic HRM-driven approach to service delivery. We assess current practices and partner with organizations to design improvements and provide ongoing support for change. We deliver services across HRM audits, recommendations and methodological support; organizational structure redesign and development of organizational unit procedures and position descriptions; staffing process methodology; development of a performance evaluation system; development of motivational policies; training and development; career planning including career assessment and consulting; compensation systems analysis and improvement; and other related work.
