Podrabotka is a nonprofit staffing and recruiting organization. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
We are the central labor headquarters formed by the merger of the labor headquarters of higher education institutions, the employment headquarters of higher education institutions, labor unions, and other student and youth organizations that are interested in providing students with work and a side job directly, without intermediaries and with a separation from study.
We deliver our services by facilitating direct access to work opportunities for students, removing intermediaries, and supporting a separation between work and study.
