Polar Crewing is our privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Åre, Sweden.
We focus on finding the most qualified crew and staff for expedition vessels that operate in both Arctic and Antarctica. Our goal is to create a pool of seafarers with an interest in working in these areas and in this segment of shipping. Our focus is on competence and we are doing what we can to secure this for the industry.
