Pole&Line is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We pursue recruitment support for transformation as our mission and provide recruitment support to client companies. We have a 84.9% screening pass rate. Our consultants limit engagement to about three client companies to deeply understand the client’s business stage, growth strategy, challenges, culture, and the company’s character.

We read candidates’ backgrounds as accurately as possible and conduct in-depth interviews to understand their experience and future career plans. With market knowledge and a track record, we present proposals that reflect candidates’ histories and goals. By focusing on these two points, we can provide proposals that satisfy both client and candidate, resulting in a high rate of introductions.

We specialize in recruitment, headhunting, HR consulting, recruitment consulting, retainer search, designer recruitment, engineer recruitment, PdM recruitment, and CxO recruitment.
