We are Positive Working, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Brasov, Romania.

Our aim is to bring empathy and humanity to all organizations, and we believe that motivated and supported employees contribute to satisfied employers.

We deliver services to candidates and to companies. For candidates, we offer Career Ambassador / Job Hunt, Career Consulting, CV Writing, and Self-Esteem Coaching. For companies, we provide Recruitment, People Management, and Exit Interviews. We engage in discussions with both employers and employees to establish new ways of doing things regarding work, communication, motivation, and retention. We conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons behind departures and to identify opportunities for improvement. We also offer free access to all the services for children and young people from children's homes or foster care centers.
