Praca ApS is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Hinnerup, Denmark.

We provide workforce to most of the construction sector, and in collaboration with our recruitment partner in Poland we select individuals who we believe match the job description agreed with the client. It is also possible for the client to participate in the selection process if they wish.

With our approximately twenty years of experience in the staffing industry, we maintain a high level of service for our customers as well as for our loyal employees by ensuring they can rely on us. All customers, employees, questions and issues are treated seriously. We work only according to Danish collective agreements with regard to wages, holiday pay, sick days, pension, and related matters. We are also members of Danish Construction and DI. We handle all practicalities regarding residence permits, CPR numbers, health cards, and related matters. We also arrange housing if desired. Our invoicing rate lies between 260 and 350 Danish kroner per hour. We guarantee that there is always a person in a team who can speak and understand English at a professional level; in teams larger than three people, more members will be English-speaking. We charge only for effective hours; weather conditions, illness, and similar circumstances are not billed. If the collaboration with a temporary worker does not work, there is of course no binding and it can be stopped without notice. We do not work for the quantity of staff but for the quality of the staff we deliver to you.
