Pracuj.nl is a privately held company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Piła, Poland.

We are the first professional service for employers seeking Polish workers in the Netherlands and for Poles seeking such work. We connect demand with supply at a high level, while ensuring the satisfaction of both sides.

We apply and develop innovative solutions that optimize the process of finding work and workers online. For candidates we provide guides and articles aimed at helping them prepare for the recruitment process and find employment. We stay in regular contact with employers and Poles living in the Netherlands. We ask for their feedback and analyze their needs to deliver increasingly better quality services to both sides.

We operate in the Netherlands and Poland.

Our mission is to support employers in finding competent workers and to help candidates find appropriate employment. We also raise awareness among workers about the rights and privileges to which they are entitled.
