Pro-Temp, we are a privately held division within the DRILL group, operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

From our perspective, we provide staffing and recruitment services, addressing temporary staffing and permanent placements across a broad range of positions, including workers from third countries. Temporary assignments are commonly used to meet rapid increases in capacity, such as during seasonal work in transport, logistics and warehousing, preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, market research, trade fairs and conferences, cleaning tasks, and during changes to information systems involving data entry or customer support. In permanent staffing, we search for, verify, and recommend suitable candidates for roles from manual and administrative positions through to junior management. Through collaboration with other DRILL divisions, we also offer testing of candidates using assessment centers and psychodiagnostics. We conduct searches and recruitment in third countries, including comprehensive administrative and logistical support and labor-law advisory, along with other ancillary services.

We deliver our services by locating and screening candidates, providing administrative and logistical support, and offering labor-law guidance. We work with DRILL Management and other DRILL divisions to test candidates using assessment centers and psychodiagnostics, and we tailor our approach to meet the needs of both temporary and permanent staffing assignments.

We also support staffing from Ukraine and address related areas such as employees, operators, workers, warehouse workers, visas, and broader human resources, personnel, and employment-related services.
