We provide access to a candidate database to help you find new employees. The database can be viewed for free and without registration, and you pay only for contacting a candidate who is certain to be interested in your offered position. We also offer notifications about new candidates, so you will be among the first to see profiles and invite them to interviews.

We support the process in four steps. First, you search for a candidate according to your preferences for a role. Second, you fill a short form on the candidate's profile to request contact. Third, we contact you to verify the candidate's interest. Fourth, we provide access to the full CV and you invite the candidate to an interview.
