Procareer, we are a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Logroño, Spain.
We facilitate software development teams, handling talent acquisition and creating and maintaining the environment needed for teams to flourish in Spain. We support you to assemble your own team in Spain, and you decide who will be on your team.
We align with your methodology, whether Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or an adapted approach. Following your wishes, we act as your liaison in Spain for your development team. We support self-managed teams of motivated individuals. We value agility in the teams and maintain flexibility to adapt to change.
