Prodiem AB is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our purpose is to connect organisations with professionals in finance, accounting and HR through our consultancy and recruitment services. We have consultants and candidates who fill line roles, in specialist roles, or work in management-oriented roles in specific projects or at executive level.

We operate two business areas: Consultants and Recruitment & Search. In the Consultants area we offer two types of consultancy solutions: interim consultants and management consultants. Our interim consultants fill needs in existing roles that may arise due to illness, gaps between hires or parental leave. Common interim assignments include business controller, financial controller, accounting manager or group accounting professional. Our management consultants work on various change projects, such as selection and implementation of business systems. In the Recruitment & Search area, when we recruit we primarily use our own network. We search for candidates in the network but also in external networks and media where we know that the relevant skills may be found. We also engage in various advertising channels with our recruitment assignments to capture actively seeking candidates we have not previously contacted. When a client has a need for a certain specialist capability and perhaps industry requirements, we apply our more targeted search concept. The client wants us to map a particular competence that exists in a number of companies, which we specify in a search strategy. We map this competence, contact interesting candidates and feed this work back to the client. Thereby the client receives, in addition to a candidate to recruit, also a market mapping of a particular competence.
