Professional Link SIA — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.

We began with a focus on executive search and recruitment with a generalist approach, drawing on experience from our collaboration with Friisberg & Partners International. Today, we offer a range of HR services in active cooperation with international partners, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, and CIS countries.

We handle assignments across the Baltics, Europe, and Asia with English, French, and Spanish-speaking staff. Our working languages include Latvian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.

Our specialties include Executive Search, Executive Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Partner Search, Career Consutling, and HR Audit.
