We are ProJob - Personálne služby, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Nitra, Slovakia.

Our purpose is to enable flexible staffing through personnel leasing and temporary placement, with employees contracted to us but working for you, the client, in compliance with applicable legislation. This service has broad applicability across industries.

Clients submit an initial inquiry. After we prepare a pricing proposal and reach mutual agreement, we establish a legal basis for cooperation through a Temporary Assignment Agreement or a Service Provision Agreement between the client and the agency. Based on your specifications, job positions, criteria and headcount, we secure a rapid selection and recruitment of reliable personnel through our internal recruitment process or via verified external foreign recruitment centers in the selected countries of the European Union, Ukraine, Serbia and Kazakhstan. The client organises and manages the work of the employees, or by agreement this responsibility may be transferred to our staff, who coordinates the project and cares for the temporarily assigned employees. We also handle payroll and HR administration for the workers we place, search for and arrange housing and travel to work, and manage day-to-day operations and the needs of both clients and employees.
