We are ProLog-emploi, a non-profit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland.

We were established to support the reintegration of people benefiting from the insertion income and to promote and support the development of employment within socio-health sector institutions in the canton of Vaud. The measure is characterized by a 10-month fixed-term contract, with participants employed by the institution and with individualized support throughout the program. It offers employers a tool that facilitates engagement, integration and retention in employment.

We deliver the program through a fixed-term contract model of ten months, with participants employed by the institution and supported with individualized guidance for the duration of the program.
