Przemysłowa Akademia Rozwoju is an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Częstochowa, Poland.

Hutnicza Akademia Rozwoju is a combination of the best practices in education, recruitment, training, communication, and analytics to activate young people to work in industry.

Our specialties include HR, recruitment, management, training, workshops, e-learning, design thinking, building employee engagement, personal development, mentoring, and business consulting. We also focus on industry-specific areas including metallurgy, coking, mining, shipyards, and steel structures.
