We are PsicoAlianza, a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.
We provide an online platform for evaluating and optimizing talent for Latin American companies. We measure human talent effectively through our assessments, including TenDISC, Ethikos, Potencial Comercial, V&P Test, and IQ Factorial, as well as 360° Performance, which evaluates five groups of competencies within an organization: intellectual, personal, interpersonal, organizational, and specific. We also offer the Vocational Test to help students in choosing their professional future.
Our approach centers on delivering services online through an integrated platform, offering psychometric tests, talent evaluation, online evaluation, psychometric reports, development of talent evaluation tests, and statistics.
We operate in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Argentina.
We measure the level of employee performance with our organizational assessment and accompany students with our Vocational Test to help discover professional interests, organizational and intercultural competencies, personality, and cognitive attitudes.
