Psicometría GT

Psicometría GT is a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Santa Catarina Pinula, Guatemala.

We provide online testing through the Psicojob platform, offering individual tests or packages per candidate, with a broad catalog of psychometric, competency, occupational, and technical assessments. We manage the entire process, including sending tests, providing support to candidates or collaborators, and delivering reports to the client by email. An additional benefit is psychologist guidance in selecting the tests to apply.

We are characterized by efficiency, responsibility, a service-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in ensuring that the choice of tests aligns with the needs of each client.

Our specialties include human resources, recruitment and selection, HR, trainers, professional development, entrepreneurs, online tests, psychometric tests, technical tests, and Guatemala.
