Psinergia Coaching—we are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Málaga, Spain.

We develop services for companies, entities and organizations to improve the capabilities and skills of their employees and managers, with the aim of helping them achieve their goals. We also provide individual services, both professional and personal.

We work from the tools provided by the discipline of coaching, presenting to the user a scenario that allows them to observe beyond their own perspective, and thus offering more options for choice, providing a path that enables them to reach their purpose with the greatest probability of success, living it in accordance with their values and in harmony with their environment.

We view our approach as an idea that proposes a scenario for reflection, learning and transformation, and from this idea we build the methodology we offer, materialized in the service proposals we share. This is the impact we offer.
