We are PT. Dananjaya Citaprasada Prawara, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia.

We provide and train labor in accordance with the permit from the Bekasi Regency Department of Manpower. We were established in mid-2023 with a role to address poverty and unemployment in Bekasi Regency and the surrounding area, supporting the community, especially working-age people, to improve quality and skills so that they can compete for and be accepted in the workforce. Our open management approach creates opportunities for partners to collaborate by offering opportunities for mutual giving and receiving.

We deliver our services by providing and training skilled labor under the regulatory permit from the local Department of Manpower. Our management is open, and we extend opportunities for collaboration with partner users of skilled labor who are trained and educated. We also work with other partner entities, including the Department of Manpower (district, provincial, and central levels), BPJS/JAMSOSTEK, and other companies.

We operate in Indonesia, with activities centered in Bekasi Regency, West Java, and the surrounding region.

Our training facilities and resources support participants from all areas of Bekasi Regency, with outputs that meet the needs of user companies, and with employment opportunities for graduates becoming more open.
