We are PT Delphine Comar Indonesia, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the shipping and recruitment / manning industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We were born from research into international market requests and driven by our ambition and devotion to our work. Indonesia has a long tradition of maritime education with many excellent naval schools providing high quality trained officers and ratings. A job in the merchant marine is considered an attractive career option for many Indonesians, resulting in an increasingly tough competition for admission into these maritime schools.

To deliver our services, we employ a rigorous recruitment process that involves English-language interviewing, selections, qualifications checks, and past performance checks. We also conduct a careful evaluation process that takes into account the seafarer's attitude, knowledge and skills. In today's rapidly changing maritime industry we believe that it is important for seafarers to have an optimum balance between motivation, attitude, knowledge, skills and ambition. Besides, we provide crew for shore/shipyard jobs such as mixed flying teams (mechanics, pipe fitters, welders). The welders have extensive experience in steel fabrication and are certified and internationally recognized by ABS, DNV, BV, GL, etc. Our staff is well trained in handling large volumes of applications and in preparing a pool of seafarers that meets the complex nature of working with multiple vessel owners with different requirements.
