We are PT VAPRO Training Indonesia, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We focus on the workplace and the required knowledge, skills and competences of the employees within the company. Our first goal is to support chemical/processing companies to improve sustainability and efficiency by implementing activities related to human resource development, technology and organization. Our second goal is to contribute to the training of the future generation of workers by developing and implementing job competences profiles, qualification structures, curricula, learning resources, time tables, and exams. We also provide improvement programs for teachers in technology and modern didactical skills.

We are an Indonesian-based company, established by the original Dutch VAPRO organization which is established more than 60 years ago by the Dutch Chemical and Processing Industries, with companies like DOW, SHELL, AZKO Nobel, Phillips, DSM, and so on. Because the chemical/processing industry is multinational organized, we work more and more all over the world with projects in China, Belgium, Romania, Suriname, and Indonesia (Jakarta).
