When Professionally Yours HR Consulting & Placements, also known as PY Placements, was initially launched the idea was to put to use the knowledge and extensive experience that the business owner (Kairoon Ghumran) had accumulated over the years within Human Resources: the experience spanned 2 decades, covered various sectors: • Textiles • Clothing • Accounting/auditing • Engineering • Construction • Project management By responding to the needs of small to medium companies in respect of HR interventions. It was an ambitious project with humble beginnings: the private sector companies welcomed assistance initially with recruitment across all levels, and this gave PY the “foot-in-the-door” and what followed was the support of the clients to take the next steps.
