We are a privately held company operating in the Executive Search Services industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We support public and private sector leaders in the creation of their management teams. Advising a leader requires a deep dive into their history, culture and strategic ambition. Our approach is systemic, embracing empathy with the ecosystems of leaders to provide advice and human value.

To support these strategic missions, we combine the agility of a human-sized consulting firm with the capabilities of larger firms. Our method to serve leaders is driven by three principles: commitment, empathy and openness.

We provide leadership advisory and support for public and private sector leaders, recruitment consulting, human resources consulting, headhunting, executive search, and recruitment.

We operate in France, with locations in Paris and Aix-en-Provence.
