Quami Kft is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Szeged, Hungary.

We were founded in 2001 to promote our partners' efficient human resource management based on professional decisions through our consulting activities.

We deliver our services through three main areas: executive search, personnel placements, and outplacement. In executive search, we prepare a detailed job description based on the personal and professional profile required for the job; we identify the target group and a list of companies from which the client would like to receive candidates; with maximum discretion, we start a targeted, direct search through all communication channels; candidates who appear to be potential candidates are presented with the position without disclosing the client; we conduct multiple rounds of interviews with potential candidates, check professional competencies and references, and explore personal career motivations; the selected candidates are presented in person, accompanied by a CV and personality profile.

For personnel placements, we create an advertisement with the right image for the vacant position (copywriting, graphics) and place it on the web and social media; we evaluate the applications received; personal interviews with promising candidates; the application files of candidates who fully meet our expectations are forwarded to the client; we act as a service provider, and our contract with the employer is to forward a certain number of candidates' CVs to them; ideally, meeting 3-4 candidates leads to a successful selection.

For outplacement, we provide personal counseling to help you deal with the psychological stress of redundancy; we summarise the employee's professional achievements and competencies and set new goals; we facilitate the return to the labor market (CV writing, job search techniques, preparation for the interview).

We operate in Hungary, with presence in Szeged and Budapest.
