We are Quantum Quip | Coaching Transformacional, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We aim to bridge the gap between learning and practical application. We recognize that many people do not apply what they learn in conferences or workshops, and we address this by prioritizing introspection, reflection, and conscious awareness. We use Mindfulness, the Quantum Leap Training inquiry method, and the other tools taught by Quantum Quip to provide heightened awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management that support mental health. We also use Bioneuroemoción to help understand how beliefs and thoughts interact with emotions. Through these tools, we provide leaders and collaborators the opportunity to approach the day-to-day of their roles from awakened creativity, enabling innovative solutions that enhance the results of the organization.

We deliver our services through workshops and programs designed for leaders and teams. Our approach focuses on helping participants observe their own thinking and decision-making processes, develop the ability to act and communicate more empathetically and assertively, and manage stress to foster healthy and constructive interactions within the team.
