Radar Talent is a Creative & Production specialist with 2 defined streams between Communications/Advertising and UX/Product Design. Radar’s founder Dave Stapleton is an ex Ad Land Creative Director that worked at integrated global agencies such as Saatchi, Ogilvy, DDB, TBWA, Havas etc. He has spent the past 4 years (2018 to 2022) immersed in the world of UX Design as a Talent Agent at global digital recruitment agency Salt. Working with large corporates, global consultancies, boutique agencies, eComm/Retail, CRO specialists and start-ups. This is actually the 2nd rotation of Radar having previously existed from 2001 to 2014 focused in Advertising & Brand Design (Creative & Production).
