Our quality management system complies with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, specifically covering Recruitment and Selection as well as Psychological Evaluation.

Originally established in 1997 as Select, this business unit has evolved through significant changes, including a merger and rebranding process. Initially merging with Vedior in 1999, we developed further under the name Select Vedior. With the acquisition of Vedior by Randstad in 2010 and subsequent rebranding, we were renamed Randstad Professionals. We offer our expertise in various sectors, namely Sales & Marketing, Finance & Banking, Engineering & Industry, Health Care & Pharma, and Information Technology.

We solely operate within Portugal, delivering our services across the nation, with a presence both in Lisbon and Porto. This concentrated geographic focus allows us to deeply understand and effectively respond to the local market demands and employment trends.
