We are Raullen - Trabalho Temporário, Lda, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Maia, Portugal.

Our objective is to understand and satisfy the needs of clients and workers, providing fast solutions to respond to labor market demands. By understanding client needs, we initiate a candidate search from the database, followed by pre-selection according to the requirements set by the client. We then present the candidates to the clients.

Our approach is process-driven: we begin with capturing client requirements, search the database for suitable profiles, perform pre-selection according to the specified criteria, and present candidates to clients.
