株式会社RE-CAREER is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Osaka, Japan.

We are pursuing a new form of career change. Traditionally, the process has been to view a job posting, apply, interview, and join. Before joining, candidates often see only the job conditions and the interviewer's personality. We aim to make it common to work on-site for a day or more before joining, and to ensure this approach is a viable option for both job seekers and the companies that hire.

From our experience, the companies that allow on-site work before joining share several characteristics: a philosophy of valuing people; a recruitment process that is fair and conducted with sincerity; and a focus on the happiness of employees after joining rather than treating joining as the final goal. Large enterprises face barriers to adopting this approach, due in part to the vertical split between recruitment and on-site departments, and to potential changes in leadership that can alter work styles. As a result, the model is most feasible within small and medium-sized enterprises. Although the number of such companies remains limited, we provide access to relatively high-value job information. We also strive to move away from a system that benefits only staffing agencies and recruitment advertising companies, and toward a framework in which well-managed small and medium-sized enterprises can attract and place excellent talent. We have also introduced a program called “Career Change School” to provide individual guidance, and for more details, interested individuals may apply via our company website.

Specialties include mid-career recruitment; central Osaka SMEs (with plans to expand the area in the future); and building recruitment strategies that only SMEs can implement.
