Reach People is a recruitment and selection agency specialised in IT and Business profiles. We are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Our purpose is to support recruitments for both permanent and freelance assignments. We provide talent selection, career management, as well as recruitment consultancy services. Thanks to our broad experience with IT recruitment, we have built an important network of talents not typically found on classical job boards or recruitment channels. We leverage social and personal networks to bring a complementary service to HR searches. We work with two approaches: we assist companies in their recruitments, from job description to hiring; we offer candidates unique job opportunities that respect their expectations and career aspirations. We use unique channels and have developed over the years a wide network of companies and Belgian candidates.
