ReachPoint, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.
We are a service for searching for, evaluating and selecting candidates, and we aim to make finding candidates easier and faster from anywhere in the world. We offer a ChatBot platform that searches for, evaluates, and tests candidates automatically globally. We have over 100 tests for 100 key industries ready for pre-screening.
We use a CRM to show in real-time how candidates pass the screening: who is in the process, who has passed and who has failed the test. The final candidate profile is automatically generated with the test results and their ability characteristics.
We operate in Latvia.
